CDS Sneak Peek - Once Upon a Wall

Anyone in the mood for a little Humpty? *grin* This is one of my newest illustrations for the Feb 1st release from Clear Dollar Stamps called Once Upon a Wall. This set has a couple of images in it including the look on poor Humpty's face when he falls - it really is priceless ;) If you would like to see photo of the entire set, please visit the Clearly iStamp blog.

Humpty has been stamped 3 times and water coloured with Tombow Markers. I cut out various sections of the image and layered them with pop dots to make him 3 dimensional. I then placed him on a designer paper backdrop that has been sponged for more depth.

This set was a lot of fun to create because it can be used for kids and adults :) I'm a big kid at heart and Nursery Rhymes are very near and dear to me as I had a collection of mother goose books when I was growing up :)

I hope that you enjoy the set as much as I do! Feel free to hop along the blogs below to see what the CDS girls have been up to :)
