CDS Sneak Peek - Playful Pixies

I'm back again! I know your not tired of all these posts...I hope! *giggle* I was pretty excited to share this sweet card with you because it features one of Shawne Arnold's new stamps called Playful Pixies. I adore these sweet little pixies and so does my daughter (she's been trying to get her hands on this card all week!) It's a good thing that she's only 3ft tall and I have 6" bookshelves *grin*




I finally got a chance to use my Spellbinder's Sunflower Dies to make this 3D pink flower and paired it with my Sizzix Leaf Die. This card is 4x6" so you can imagine what giant sized flowers these dies make! I placed my watercoloured pixie inside for a whimsical touch and to add to the whimsy, I coated her clothes in stickles and her wings in shimmerz.




I actually made this card for 3 of our design team challenges - No Designer Paper, Sketch and Technique (I was on a roll) *wink* While making this card I found my cuttlebug tag dies that I have been searching forever for - Oh happy day! The sentiment fit on perfectly and the card was made!
