CDS Sneak Peek - Porch Conversations

We have made it to the final day of the CDStamps sneak peeks before they are released for sale tomorrow! This set is called Porch Conversations and I couldn't help but be inspired by this sweet little yellow cottage that our very own Linda Bornemen owns :)

I watercoloured the house to look like Linda's cottage and pulled the bright colours for the card from the stamped image. I didn't attempt to paper tole this card because with the bright colours and detailed stamp, I thought it would take away from the rest of the card. I just love how the bright primary colours really make the card stand out!

Lori McCrosky has a picture of what the entire set looks like on her blog, you just have to scroll down to see it :) Be sure to hop around and check out the links below to see what the girls have come up with to show you.

Card Recipe:

Stamps: Clear Dollar Stamps - Porch Conversations
Paper: Gina K, Basic Black, Watercolour, K&Co DP, SU DP
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black, More Mustard, Not Quite Navy, Ridinghood Red
Accessories: Sewing Machine, Cuttlebug and Embossing Folders, Nestabilities, Ribbon, Button, Corner Rounder Punch, Aqua Painter, Re-Inkers, White Gel Pen, Linen Thread
