OCCC - 2 or More Hearts

This is my Our Creative Corner card for today's challenge to use 2 or more hearts on one card :) I thought that I would play with this one a little since I didn't want to make a Valentine's themed card but something that could be for any occasion. As it turns out, with me just getting back from CHA in California and all my Clear Dollar Stamps sneak peeks...I forgot that I had to make a card for the challenge *said in a whisper* Oops!

I attended my sister in law's birthday/cocktail party last night and realized late into the evening that I had to get back home to start on my card! So here I am at 11:45 pm last night, just starting to pick out some papers to begin my card. Ugh! I am so never leaving it to the last minute again!!! I stayed up until 1:45 am trying to finish up the card...it took me almost as long to figure out why my sewing machine was giving me problems.

Earlier in the evening, my husband left the door to my craft room open to little fingers that magically sneak in when nobody is looking. Interestingly enough, the first things that these little fingers find are the dials on my sewing machine (tension and stitch length), bobbin spools and my cuttlebug! Sigh...so this is what I ended up with after a close examination this morning! lol Oh well...it should only take me a day to test and find the original settings!! Wish me luck!

Don't forget to pop by the Our Creative Corner Blog to see what all the other designers created and to see how to participate in the challenge :)

You live in Vancouver Island? That´s great! I´ve been there in 1997 (in Comox).
Greetings from Germany!

I love how the flowers pop. The card is exceptionally pretty.
I need to read what you used to color the flowers.

This is just stunning. I love how those purple flowers just leap out at you amongst all the rich browns. Beautiful.
