Lift Up Our Hands and Blog Candy!

Take a look at what my mailman brought for me yesterday :) After not so patiently waiting for the Christmas postal rush to be over they have finally made their way into my stamp room! This set is one of the new releases from Our Daily Bread Designs called Lift Up Our Hands and was designed by one of our own very talented designers and stamp artists Dina Kowal! You all have seen Dina's other wonderful set called Cross of Christ and man, this girl is on a roll!

Because I chose to emboss the image, you can't see the detail as clearly so you will just have to take my word for it or wait until you see another of my creations with this set! lol Dina has designed this stamp to have some flourish accents running through the background and some sheet music for the hymn Sweet Hour of Prayer. Of course I had to add my own sheet music as a decorative feature, just don't pay any attention that mine is actually Christmas sheet music!!! :D

I can see so many possibilities with this set already and I can't wait to show you more of my creations with it! But this is all you get for now...hee hee hee! Oh, no, wait! There is more...but of the blog candy variety! Yep. I said BLOG CANDY!!!!

Today I am offering up another Our Daily Bread Designs set called Peaceful Wishes. I actually offered this last year, but alas...it still remains unclaimed! So, you snooze you lose! lol Here it is in all of it's glory and it can be yours by just leaving me a comment and telling me which Our Daily Bread Designs stamp set is your favourite :) Please leave your email address with your comment and only one comment per person. I will draw the winner of this set on January 12th so be sure to pop back in to see if you are the lucky one! Good Luck to you!

I LOVE your Blog! I check it every morning while I drink my coffee and if I'm ahead of you, I check back in the afternoon!

I teach second grade CCE, so my favorite Our Daily Bread Stamp set is First Communion. There isn't a better First Communion stamp on the market! I am currently in the process of making cards for this year. Thanks for all the inspiration!

Can't get to one favourite, let's say that Light of the World is one of them, togather with flourished Christian symbols, the Path of Life.. I'd better stop.

Hello,

Lift Up Our Hands.

The words are so beautiful with this set.

I like the color of the sleeve which gave interest without distracting from the card.

I love this stamp set actually, it is so versatile!

I love the set that is "Light of the World". Some of my favorite things are lighthouses. Maybe because when one of the deacons of my church prays, he always says "Let this church be a lighthouse in this community". I just love that concept.
